Rules of the Super Smash Bros Brawl RPG


Before you begin

Please pick one of the following characters (note each character has two different costumes)

Bowser, Captain Falcon, DK, Fox, Yoshi, Pikachu, Samus, Mario, Link, Luigi, Kirby, Jigglypuff

Take into account
-Your Hp: stays the same as the points on your card
-Your MAX AP: It's the point above the HP, double that number and you get your max AP.
-Your Starting AP: Is the number printed on the card
-Make sure you decide if you'll let people jump into the battle
-Make sure you decide to turn on or off the item cards
-----------------------------
During Battle

-At the start of every turn, you gain 2 AP back
-you can't play the same card within 5 turns(post)
-you are responsible and incharge of your own HP and AP (DO NOT CHEAT!)
-you aren't allowed to attack the same person till they have posted an action.
-you can't post twice in a row
-Any one is allowed to use the item cards
-you can't use any mis character cards like link does a falcon pawnch for example...lol
How to battle:
The Phases:

1)The player who made the thread goes first

2)player can decide to attack, charge, sheild, place down a foundation or asset, or pass

3)Actions you can take
Attack- person types: Target:(whoever their attacking)
Use Card: (use https://s119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/linktimelord/
to find your card and post that card so it's visible in the forums)

Charge-Lay down a attack card and pass their turn but that card stays ( read about charging)

Sheild- You Sheild (read about sheilding), you pass your turn

place down foundation or assets- (read about foundation and assets)

Use Item card- you may play an item card, you then pass your turn

Pass- you just pass your turn without doing anything

4)Your Turns over

5)Oppnents does same

6)your turn begins again: If dmg please apply dmg to your HP, Add and AP that was given from your oppnents card plus the 2 AP you regain automatically.

(rinse and repeat)


The Cards Meaning
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Attack Cards: attack cards that deal Smash dmg, it uses up your AP and it may or may not give AP to your oppenent as well.

Foundation: Foundations you add the effects to your character and can stay in effect for only 5 turns(post)

Assets: Assets are quick play cards that can only stay in for 1 turn you can use these cards along with your attack cards on

Item CardsThese Cards can be used by anyone but, if you use it you can't use it again!the same turn (post)

Desperation Cards with desperation in the detail, these cards can't be used till your at 15HP or below

Multiple (still thinking on that)

Actions you can do that isn't part of the cards

Sheilding: Uses up one of your turns but, halves the damage recieved (rounded it down example, 3=1.5 which is rounded to 1). However you can't sheild twice. You may NOT play any foundation, assets, or attacks during that turn as well.

Charge Combo: Charging is a term used when you lay a card down and pass a turn but, that card is still there you can have up to 3 attack cards You can charge up to 3 times. Which you add the total of all three cards dmg points and apply them to your oppnent. But, the cost in total must not go over the AP you have left. When you charge it to 3 it sheild breaks.

Multi Charge:You can charge the same card 3 times but it cost 2 AP to double the attack, on the next turn you can triple charge it which is the max and it cost 3 more AP(which is 5 AP in total). Which is added to the total cost of AP of the card as well. (This action can't be used yet)
